2010 Budget released

         The official proposed budget for the Highland Park Homeowners Association was released yesterday by the Board of Directors for the calendar year 2010.  The budget will be discussed in detail at the Association's Annual Meeting which is currently set for Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at the White River Public Library, 1664 Library Boulevard (just north of Smith Valley Road and east of 135).  The meeting will commence at 7 p.m. and run until 9 p.m.  In the meantime, a copy of the proposed budget can be found by clicking HERE.
