Annual assessment due

         The annual dues assessment payable by each lot owner in Highland Park is due by Saturday, January 31st.  The amount for 2009 is $350, which is a reduction over the last two years.  The dues cover costs tied to the association such as insurance, maintenance, and upkeep of common areas.  A copy of current financial statements and the 2009 budget can be found by clicking HERE.  Checks are to be made payable to the Highland Park Homeowner's Association, 1803 Dockside Drive, Greenwood, IN  46143.
