Neighborhood news bulletin

         The Board of Directors wanted to pass along some information to the homeowners regarding a couple of issues.  First, the damaged light post at the intersection of Caledonian Court and Eagle Trace Drive has been reported to REMC and they are in the process of replacing it.  The individual who slid into the post has reported the incident to the proper authorities.

         Second, eighty-seven percent (87%) of all Highland Park homeowners have paid their dues of $375 as of the end of January.  A second invoice was sent to the remaining homeowners on February 5th, which included a $25 late fee.
