New real estate section

         The Association's web site has expanded its real estate section to now include current information regarding the market climate of the neighborhood.  The information will be updated monthly and be posted at the bottom of the main page of the web site in a section titled "Real Estate News".  The listing will give a synopsis of the number of homes currently for sale, those with sales pending, and the total that have sold within the past six months.  Those agents or homeowners wishing to list their property on the site can do so by simply sending the information HERE.  There are several links on the main page that will then take the user to the "Homes for Sale" page where the property information will be listed.  Special thanks to Christine Pfender of Century 21 Scheetz for her assistance on this section.
