It may not feel like Fall, but...

         Although the recent seventy degree temperatures have been well above normal, Fall is definitely upon us as is now showcased at the front entrance of Highland Park.  Started as an annual tradition last year, the Fall-themed decorations are installed as one of the projects by the Landscape and Maintenance Committee.  The inspiration came last year when the Board decided to add various decorations during the "off seasons" when there is generally no flowers or greenery to brighten the entrance.  The decorated area has also been a popular photo backdrop as evidenced by the large number of family and other photos that have been taken there.  After the Thanksgiving holiday, the decorations will be replaced with those displaying a Christmas theme.  Some photos of this year's fall decorations are shown below.
