New web site features

         The official web site of the Highland Park Homeowners Association now has a few new features.  A breakdown of these features are listed below:
 

• Amendments added to the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions document
   
• Forms Gallery added to the Downloads page including various Association forms
   
• A new Community Information page added with links to useful information on the Internet
   
• An online copy of the Association's By-Laws is now available
   
• The capability of signing up for news updates via E-MAIL is now in service
