2005 Annual budget set

         The board of directors has spent the last year aggressively reducing overhead and lowering operating expenses in order to minimize individual obligations of the homeowners.  As a result of the cost-cutting agenda, the board is pleased to announce that the 2005 dues have dropped to $250 per lot.  This is a reduction of $130 per lot over the 2004 amount!  The 2005 budget can be found by visiting the Financials page HERE or by downloading a copy by clicking HERE.
