Board member resigns

         Citing personal reasons, charter board member Charlie Burris resigned today after nearly a year as the association's Vice President.  Charlie was one of the seven inaugural members of the Highland Park Homeowners Association Board of Directors that was formed on October 2, 2003.  Charlie and the rest of the members worked with the developer for a period of six months before taking over full responsibilities of the association in April of this year.
