"Deck Crawl" party cancelled
The Highland Park Social Committee released the following letter recently to announce the cancellation of the previously scheduled Deck Crawl party. The letter was reproduced from an e-mail sent to all Highland Park homeowners who have an address on file.

Hello fellow home owners.
Due to lack of interest, we are
writing to let everyone know that we have decided to
cancel the September "deck crawl" that we had
previously scheduled. Please disregard any and all
emails you may have received regarding that event.
At this time the social committee has decided to
focus their attention on planning a spring/summer
event and then some sort of Christmas or holiday
gathering in the winter.
Therefore, we are still looking for
volunteers to host a progressive dinner for the
holiday party on December 4th. As of yet, we have
not had any volunteers for that event either.
Please email or call me if your interested in
helping out with the Christmas party. We'd love to
offer an event such as this for the holiday season
but are in need of some hosts in order to make it
happen. If any of you would love to show off your
Christmas decor, this would be a great opportunity
to do so if your interested in hosting.
