All dues paid in full

         For the first time since homeowners have been paying annual dues in Highland Park, the association has collected one-hundred percent of all outstanding memberships!  Thank you to all the homeowners for getting their dues in on time and to Dennis O'Toole for maintaining the books and keeping everyone on track.
