Christmas in Florida

    Our first Christmas in Florida was held at Mandy's parents' home in Homossassa Springs, Florida, which is about fifty minutes north of our place in Land O' Lakes.  It was a little strange seeing palm trees and green grass and temperatures in the low 70's, but it was a great Christmas as we got to spend time with Mandy's family and enjoy a great meal together.  We even fired up the fireplace with a good old fashioned wood log fire to set the mood.  It didn't take long to get used to the Florida-style Christmas!
