Florida's newest business owner

    After four months of working on the deal following several months of exhausting searches, the project finally came to a close with the official closing occurring on Monday, July 7th.  As of 11am that day, I became the official owner of the restaurant.  I spent the next five days getting things turned over, meeting my new employees and other job-related tasks.  In all I put over 600 miles on my rental car during the period just running around from office to office.  I've included a few photos from week below (I snuck in a trip to Disney with my sister's family (as well as Dad and Denny)).
