Cruise 2006!

    It's hard to believe yet another cruise has come and gone.  It has to be about the fastest week of the year!  There was eleven of us that traveled the islands this year aboard the Explorer of the Seas.  We visited Costa Maya, Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Belize after sailing out of Miami, Florida.  The weather was a little cool but sunny and everyone had a great time.  Some of the photos collected are shown below.
 

BELIZE CITY, BELIZE was our first stop on January 17th, 2006.  The photos above were taken from throughout the city.
COSTA MAYA, MEXICO was our second stop on January 18th, 2006.  This city was small and not a lot to do, but at least the weather was nice.
COZUMEL, MEXICO was our third stop on January 19th, 2006.  The are was devastated by Hurricane Wilma just a few months ago and is just now beginning the rebuilding phase.  This was the first time back for our ship since the hurricane.
GEORGE TOWN, GRAND CAYMAN was our fourth and final stop on January 20th, 2006.  Most of us spent the entire day in the port shopping.
EXPLORER OF THE SEAS  was the name of our ship and the photos above show some of it including our waiter and assistant waiter, Bowser from Sha-Na-Na, as well as some of the activities on board.
