What a difference ANOTHER day makes

We thought yesterday was bad.  Mandy left for work this morning at 6:00 a.m. and was back in the house at 6:01 a.m. with her car stuck in the driveway about 20 feet from the garage.  We received another 8 inches of new snow on top of the 4 that we already had from yesterday bringing the final total to a foot of snow!  It was actually considerably deeper than that in many places due to drifting, such as at our front door where it piled up to over 3 feet.  The snow was deeper than Mandy's car was tall, so that car was going nowhere. So, the two of us, at what seemed like 3 in the morning, proceeded to dig her car and the rest of the driveway out from under the snow.  I need not mention the snow that was still falling or the howling 13 degree air that was blowing by at 30 miles per hour.  About 3 and half hours later, we were finished and in need of some serious Icy-Hot.  We decided we'd skip the workout routine today.  Scott had a dentist appointment this morning at 10 a.m. and ventured out in the 4-whee drive.  It looked like a war zone with countless cars completely buried in the middle of the street.  Neither one of us could remember receiving this much snow from one storm, at least in recent times.  Here are some more photos from today.
