Scott begins new job as Deputy Chief

    Scott began his new job today as the Deputy Chief of the fire department.  This was a promotion from his previous job as Battalion Chief.  This biggest noticeable difference will be the work hours of Monday through Thursday (ten-hour days) which will also be quite a change from the 24/48 schedule we're all used to.  Scott will serve as the fiscal officer for the department managing the day-to-day as well as long-term financial operations of the department.  It will be quite a challenge, but he's up to it.
